  • 1. Reservation and Rental Period:

    1.1. Reservation: All bike reservations are subject to availability. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required.

    1.2. Rental Period: The rental period begins at the agreed-upon time and date and ends at the designated return time. Any extension must be communicated and approved in advance.

    2. Rental Rates and Payment:

    2.1. Rental Rates: Rental rates are specified on our website or provided upon inquiry. Rates may vary based on the type of bike, duration, and additional services.

    2.2. Payment: Full payment is required upon the commencement of the rental period. We accept [list accepted payment methods].

    3. Security Deposit:

    3.1. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for each bike rental. This deposit will be refunded upon the undamaged return of the bike.

    3.2. Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages to the rented bike during the rental period. Damages will be assessed, and repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

    4. Cancellation and Refunds:

    4.1. Cancellation: Cancellations made [insert time frame] days before the scheduled rental period are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

    4.2. No-shows: Failure to pick up the reserved bike within [insert time frame] hours of the scheduled start time without prior notification may result in the forfeiture of the reservation.

    5. Bike Usage and Restrictions:

    5.1. Proper Usage: The rented bike is to be used in accordance with its intended purpose and must not be subjected to undue stress or modifications.

    5.2. Restrictions: Bikes are not allowed to be used in competitive events, races, or any form of organized competition without prior consent.

    6. Maintenance and Repairs:

    6.1. Routine Maintenance: Renters are responsible for routine maintenance, such as tire inflation and basic adjustments, during the rental period.

    6.2. Repairs: Repairs required due to normal wear and tear will be covered by G-out Tuning. However, any damages caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the renter.

    7. Liability and Insurance:

    7.1. Liability: G-out Tuning is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the rental period.

    7.2. Insurance: Renters are encouraged to secure personal insurance coverage for accidents and damages.

    8. Return of Rental Bikes:

    8.1. Return Condition: Bikes must be returned in the same condition as they were at the start of the rental period, aside from normal wear and tear.

    8.2. Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges. Please communicate any delays in advance.

    9. Termination of Rental Agreement:

    9.1. Termination: G-out Tuning reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the bike if the renter breaches any terms and conditions.

    10. Governing Law:

    10.1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction].

    By proceeding with the reservation and rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

  • 1. Bike Servicing

    G-out Tuning will carry out the work to your bicycle as shown on the work order created for you when you dropped off your bicycle in store.

    Prior to carrying out any work, our mechanics will undertake an assessment of your bicycle to determine the condition of your bicycle and may contact you to advise of any additional work that may be required and/or parts that may require replacing and the costs of this work.

    We will not undertake any additional work or replace any parts without your consent. However, if you choose not to follow our recommendations, we cannot guarantee that your bicycle will work as it should and G-out Tuning accepts no liability for any defects arising with the bicycle as a result of not having this work undertaken.

    There may be occasions where it is necessary for us to sub-contract the work (or part thereof) to a third party. However, The Ride Cycles will remain responsible for the actions of any sub-contractor and this will not affect your statutory rights.

    2. Completion of work

    We will endeavour to complete any work to your bicycle as soon as possible and within the estimated time scales that we have provided you with. However, there may be times when this is not possible and time for completion of this work will not be of the essence.

    3. Price & Payment

    The price for the work (including any additional work which you have authorised us to carry out) will be as quoted to you by the store staff.

    Payment in full is required on completion of any work undertaken to your bicycle and prior to the return of your bicycle. G-out Tuning reserves the right to retain your bicycle until you have paid in full.

    4. Collection of Bicycles

    G-out Tuning requests that bicycles be collected within 7 days after receiving the notification that they are ready for pickup. If the item is not collected, it will be stored for an additional 7 days free of charge. After this period, a fee of €2.00 per day will apply, and you will be notified by email. You have a maximum of one month (31 days) to collect your bicycle, after which it becomes the property of G-out Tuning, and we reserve the right to sell it without compensation.

    5. Warranty

    Subject to the remainder of this clause, all replacement parts provided by G-out Tuning as part of this service will be guaranteed for a period of 12 months, and all labour and workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 6 months, commencing from the date of the work being undertaken.

    This warranty is subject to you:

    (a) maintaining the bicycle in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty;

    (b) providing proof of purchase of the service / repair; and

    (c) allowing G-out Tuning to carry out the repair work required.

    This warranty is not valid where, in G-out Tuning’s reasonable opinion, defects with the bicycle have occurred due to fair wear and tear, improper use, criminal or malicious damage, fire, theft, instances where the bicycle has been used in an incorrect manner or you have continued to use the bicycle after the defect or fault developed.

    6. Risk

    Any personal items left on the bicycle when it is provided to G-out Tuning are left at the customer’s own risk and G-out Tuning accepts no liability for any loss or damage to these items. We recommend you remove any such items prior to dropping off your bicycle.

    7. Liability

    If we fail to comply with these conditions, we will attempt to repair the issue for you as soon as possible, which may include providing you with replacement parts.

    Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill, stress or inconvenience) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under these terms and conditions and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the service.

    Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any of your statutory rights or in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

    8. General

    G-out Tuning amends these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of the work being undertaken apply to the Contract between you and us.

    1.1. Reservation: Guided tours are subject to availability. Advance reservation is recommended to secure your spot.

    1.2. Tour Details: Tour details, including the route, duration, and level of difficulty, will be provided before the tour. Participants are responsible for choosing a tour that aligns with their skill level and fitness.

    2. Booking and Payment:

    2.1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment for the guided tour.

    2.2. Payment: Payment is due in full before the commencement of the guided tour. We accept [list accepted payment methods].

    3. Cancellation and Refunds:

    3.1. Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made [insert time frame] days before the scheduled tour are eligible for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.

    3.2. Cancellation by G-out Tuning: G-out Tuning reserves the right to cancel or modify a guided tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

    4. Freelance Guides:

    4.1. Guide Relationship: Our guides operate as freelancers and are not employees of G-out Tuning.

    4.2. Guide Expertise: G-out Tuning ensures that all freelance guides are experienced, qualified, and possess the necessary certifications for guiding mountain biking tours.

    5. Participant Responsibility:

    5.1. Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and healthy enough to undertake the chosen guided tour.

    5.2. Equipment: Participants are responsible for providing their own biking equipment, including a well-maintained mountain bike, helmet, and appropriate clothing.

    6. Liability:

    6.1. Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with mountain biking and understand that G-out Tuning and its freelance guides are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages.

    6.2. Insurance: Participants are encouraged to have personal insurance coverage for accidents and medical emergencies.

    7. Code of Conduct:

    7.1. Respect: Participants are expected to respect the environment, fellow participants, guides, and local communities during the guided tour.

    7.2. Guide Instructions: Participants are required to follow the instructions of the freelance guide for their safety and the smooth running of the tour.

    8. Termination of Tour:

    8.1. Termination: G-out Tuning reserves the right to terminate a guided tour if a participant breaches any terms and conditions, jeopardizing the safety or enjoyment of others.

    9. Governing Law:
