Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and Rental Period:
1.1. Reservation:
All bike reservations are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

1.2. Rental Period:
The rental period begins at the agreed time and date and ends at the specified return time. An extension must be communicated and approved in advance.

2. Rental Prices and Payment:
2.1. Rental Prices:
Rental prices are listed on our website or communicated upon request. Prices may vary depending on bike type, rental duration, and additional services.

2.2. Payment:

Repairs necessary due to normal wear and tear will be covered by G-out Tuning. However, damages resulting from improper use or negligence will be at the renter’s expense.

7. Liability and Insurance:

G-out Tuning is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period.

7.2. Insurance:
It is recommended that renters obtain personal insurance for accidents and damages.

8. Return of Rental Bikes:

Bikes must be returned in the same condition as they were at the beginning of the rental period, apart from normal wear and tear.

8.2. Late Returns:
Additional fees may apply for late returns. Please inform us in advance if the return will be delayed.

9. Termination of Rental Agreement:

G-out Tuning reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the bike if the renter violates any of the contract terms.
