1. Guided Tours and Services:

Guided tours are subject to availability. It is recommended to reserve in advance to secure your spot.

Tour details – including route, duration, and difficulty level – will be communicated before the tour. Participants are responsible for choosing a tour that matches their skills and fitness level.

2. Booking and Payment:

Your booking is considered confirmed once we have received the full payment for the guided tour.

5. Participant Responsibility:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and healthy enough to complete the chosen guided tour.

5.2. Equipment:
Participants provide their own cycling equipment – including a well-maintained mountain bike, helmet, and appropriate clothing.

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of mountain biking and understand that G-out Tuning and the freelance guides are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages.

It is recommended that participants have personal insurance for accidents and medical emergencies.

Participants commit to respecting the environment, fellow participants, guides, and local communities during the guided tour.

7.2. Guide Instructions:
Participants must follow the instructions of the freelance guide to ensure their own safety and the smooth operation of the tour.
